Well...I was gonna add this but then deleted it...but I'll say it now. BLAME THE PARENTS. Really it's how you are raised that dictates these things a lot. It's very rude. And I agree with you...there are a lot of kids who are not that way so I won't clump them all in one category. BC I know I was never like that and my cousins that age are not like that but we both had very strict parents who taught us to be respectful as well. I think a lot of parents are not as strict now a days and don't teach their kids and that's why many young people are like this. Just the other day I had what looked like an about 13 year old boy flip me off in the park. Terrible.
