I do not believe that 'thats just how kids are' my son is almost 14 and would NEVER be that rude to someone!! if he almost ran someone down i know for a fact that the first thing he would do is say SORRY! but then my son has been brought up to respect others.. and is very mature for his age. I had left school and home at 16 and was working full time..alot of young people seem to mature alot more slowly these days..
