. I agree, 100% that you can't control how someone "takes" what you say, however you can take the responsibility for hurting a fellow member and apologize.
1) I have the right to speak my mind and if it hurts others it doesn't matter.
2) I have the right to speak my mind, but I also bear the responsibility of how my words affect others.
