I swear by Cosequin. Cosequin and Glycoflex are thought to be the best out there. Many of the less expensive and "off" brands don't contain enough glucosamine to be beneficial. An average size Yorkie needs 300 mg per day.

I gave Lady Glycoflex for years until they came out with all those new double strength formulations that were just too much for a 7.5 pound dog. She gobbled them right up, but she's a chow hound. Cosequin regular strength is a sprinkle on capsule and Lady doesn't seem to notice it in her food.
