 Litter Box Training
Does anyone have any advice on the use of doggie litter boxes? I've had Ziggy 3 months and he refuses to use the pads or go outside.
I am sure some of it is that I have to travel a lot and he's not had a lot of consistency, but my niece takes him out 3 times a day. . . won't go.
