Teresita Hughes is a monster and I cannot believe that your judge returned even ONE of those poor animals to her!! If this is an example of the laws of your county/city/state, then I never care to visit there again nor will my children or grandchildren!! Doesn't anyone there have the compassion to care enough to do something to stop this?
