Hi all~

Well, this fire is closer to our house than the last, within 2 miles, but it is travelling east away from us thank goodness, although we have lots of friends who are in danger. It started by the local high school here, Mt. Carmel HS and is now bearing down on the elementary school my youngest graduated from, Los Penasquitos Ele. School. It was a small fire when I left at 1:15 to go run errands and when we came out of the bookstore there was ash on the top of my car and the smoke was enormous so we headed home. I don't know if this fire making news elsewhere or not I wil keep you updated.
