I just saw this thread and, though I have to leave for now, I'll be back to look further. One thing I wanted to point out quickly is that if she is photoshopping her pictures, she could be guilty of wire fraud. The FBI has units devoted to this type of crime exclusively. That might be an approach to take to keep this woman from getting these dogs back, Just a thought after reading some of the posts here. |
