I am having the same issues with my new yorkie... He like your Bam Bam could start a little hellion club.. I also tried soaking up the pads a little with his scent as well... I get the little dribbles about every hour or so... but at least 3 times he has gone on the pad so time will tell... 
Now I just have to get my husband to say Potty Time... and then we will be on a roll~!  |
oh man, I wish I was on a roll... I should start following him around with the paper then. I soaked up his pee with the pad. I dont know why its not clicking for him
