OMG, one of the things I call Teddy is puppy head....never thought I'd hear that from anyone else! Here are some others:
Teddy bear
Teddy teddy butt butt (because he's a little bow legged so his butt shakes when he walks)
little man
crazy puppy
cujo (when I'm trying to take something away from him that he KNOWS he's not supposed to have, he goes "cujo")
