Education is key! I think it's so important that people understand the difference between where dogs come from and what are the signs and red flags of puppy mills/bad breeders. It would also be helpful to have a very simple list of: Choosing A Breeder and Red Flags/Signs of Possible Puppy Mill .... what else?
