Did your vet check for encephalitis? There is another Yorkie owner on here whose dog started having symptoms the day she got her shots. She ended up having encephalitis. It is a neurological condition that can cause seizures. I am not sure about the urination issue, but ask about encephalitis.
They treat it with steroids and a type of chemo.
