I'm not sure about the Pediasure either but I think fiber is good for liver compromised dogs. You can always just go with PediaLyte instead of PediaSure until you have an answer.

i know my friend gave her the meds as directed while i was gone. she is like a second mom to lacey and has laceys sister. i give her the lactulose with 3 of her meals, thats what the vet said to do, i will have to ck into that again with the vet and LS group. i think i will do the pediasure with meds in a syringe and make her drink it just so i know she has something in her and to see if her tummy is upset or anything. thanks
