I'm home all day with him. I can't work so I'm home all day. He seems somewhat active when my parents get home, so I know he's not sick or something. Perhaps he has adopted this schedule because mom is the one who plays with him mostly. I'm more of a mother-figure to the pup. I clean his puppy pads, bathe him, groom him, provide food and water. It's hard for me to sit on the ground for extended periods of time to play with him.

Maybe it's just his routine?
