OMG, that is awful, what was he thinking?! You do not bring your dogs to a public area when you know they will cause trouble! I can't believe the nerves of some people!! And he just took off without giving any information? What if his dogs had some kind of illness that could have been passed from a flesh wound? UGH! Well, I'm glad she made it out okay.
