Starleneo-I noticed you are in Central Illinois. I am as well. I also am after DH to put up some fenced area. We have a huge yard, about 3 1/2 acres and it's silly to not have something.
I want my dogs to be able to run free from a leash and harness while outside. They should be able to romp, play fetch and enjoy fresh air and sunshine when I'm outside doing things. I think it's cruel to make her stay inside peeking out the door at me when I'm out there. But if I'm trying to do yard work and she has to be on a leash it makes it difficult to get things done while dragging her around. 98% of the time she follows me with no leash but I don't want to chance the other small % that she would get hurt. So I'll start bugging hubby to put a fenced area. |
