I'm not certain, but have been told that the difference is the muzzle of the dog. The "babydoll" is smaller and more delicate looking and the "teddybear" muzzle is a tad broader. There are breeders on the forum that are probably more knowledgeable and will know more about it than I. This is just what I was told.
