belly bands are a "diaper" for male dogs. They wrap around their body and cover their penis. The belly band gets wet when they try and mark. It is suppose to deter them from doing so becuase they aren't suppose to like the feeeling of wet against their body. They have worked great for our boys. Its helped in training them....instead of having wet pants they are more apt to ask to go outside. But more than anything, it's saved some of my furniture from being marked up.
