I would also suggest trying to stay away from ordering them online and having them shipped to you. Some of the breeders online might have things to hide and take advantage of the fact that you are distant from them, plus you can't go visit the parents or what not. It's better to be safe than sorry! I've heard about so many people getting jipped, even after doing research on an online breeder. Suffice to say, try to stay away from "teacup"s and "tiny"s.

I learned all of this on Yorkietalk.com! If you browse around, there's alot to learn and watch out for before buying a yorkie.

Oh! Have you tried looking through your local newspaper? Where are you from?
