I know the trainer I had was not a "Professional." The next to the last class she said in front of everyone- In order for the dogs to get playtime Murphy has to do the command we were working on (Can't remember what one) I was soo embarrassed. If graduation wasn't the next week I would not have been back. I didn't complain, but looking back I should have. At Petsmart if you are not satisfied you can take the class again for free. There was no way I was going back
