No I think you are right. I am coming to realize this. I kinda thought they would hire "a professional," but now I am thinking they hire just about anyone with certain qualifications. Its probably just like how they hire their horrible, non-listening "groomers--just really inexperienced people doing the job and taking the easiest way out.
