My Suzi sometimes shakes out of fear, which I believe is normal . If they shake all the time, then there is something wrong. Suzi gets very afraid sometimes with people she does not know and shakes like crazy. But, when I pick her back up she is fine. She does not bark or yell, just shakes and pants sometimes. She is working on her social skills all the time too!
