Yesterday, I was coming home and my neighbors puppy was in the middle of the street, and their 6 yr. old son was ready to dart after it! I called them and told them, that If I had not stopped someone else would have ran the puppy over, and her son could have easily went after the pup .
Always keep your puppy on a harness and leash. There are too many tragic stories about this, and you do not want your pup to become anther statistic.
