Geoffrey just graduated from a 6"-10" adjustable to at 10" to 14". She was wearing the former from 10 to 18 weeks when she weighed less than 3 pounds. She is now wearing the 10" to 14" (but it's a bit big) and weighs 3.6 pounds. Maybe that helps.
