That's interesting because I just "googled" them. They are called Reborns and they are very expensive for a doll. They're made under the name Reborn by different artists. I believe they also will make custom dolls. I looked at quite a few of them and they're incredible. Let me know if you figure out who is was. They've got to be extremely talented to make these.
