jetBlue definitely DOES allow pets in the cabin. Gracie always flies with us on jetBlue---just came back from FL on jetBlue last week and going again mid-August. Their seats sit a bit lower so you need the smallest size sherpa to fit under them, though. Here is where they say this:

However, they will not carry pets in the cargo area for safety reasons.
