Try to relax and enjoy her. The more time you spend with her and see that she is doing fine, the more you will realize that she is not as fragile as you think.
I was a nut when I first got my ( then 13 week old & 1 lb ) KiKi b/c she had 4 siezures and almost died within the first 18 hours of having her...so it took me a little bit of time to be able to relax too...I hated going to work and leaving her...my every waking and sleeping thought was of her...
Now KiKi is 8 months old and while tiny at 2.4 lbs...she is just like any other Yorkie!
You will do just fine...with some time!!
Welcome to YT!!
