I know exactly how you feel. I lost my Evee about 2 years ago from a rabies shot and I am just getting another yorkie. I will be picking her out this weekend. I am so scared of which to pick. And then thinking about when she actually comes home. I have totally puppy proofed the house, but I'm scared something might happen to her and I don't even have her yet.
I think its one of those things where with time it will ease.
