I feel so sorry for you that you are having troubles now that you have your dog. Its sad that family tell you one thing and then they let you down. Maybe you can find a friend that will help you our for awhile. Its hard we don't always know our neighbors but maybe you could find someone. I'm sure if you are going to school you don't have the money to hire someone that will come in and walk him and feed him. People like that have referances and you would feel better about that.
