She eats well. I think the pup had coccidia when it was younger. The breeder told me they give all there dogs Albon as a preventative measure for 14 days.
I got this pup on July 13th and I took her to the vet on Monday 14th and the pup had coccidia so I am treating her with Albon again. I called the breeder and she told me ," Maybe the stress of leaving here brought this on and she did not leave here with it." I emailed her what I knew about coccidia and she replied she never knew.
The pup is responding slowly to Antibiotics . I wish I knew something that would boost her immune system? |
