To make a long story short....we just took Mufasa outside to go potty and he just looked around (something scared him) and ran back to the door without going potty. As soon as I bring him in he starts sniffing and I KNOW he has to potty so my son put down a pee pad and sure enough Mufasa went right on it. Yeah!
What I'm wondering is do any of you use potty pads ONLY for your babies? I'm also thinking ahead to the winter time when I'm not really excited about standing in the freezing cold waiting on him to pee (it always takes him a while). So, do any of you just use pee pads and not take your babies outside? |
Sebastian uses pee pads only. I was really unsure about it at first, but now, I am glad we stuck to just the pee pads. I work full time and so I think it is nice for Sebastian to be able to "go" when he needs to and not have to hold it until someone comes home or have an accident. He is always so proud of himself when he uses his pee pad. He comes running to me so I can give him a treat. I would definitely recommend using pee pads!
