I have mine done top and bottom. It hurt like hell. When I got up from the chair, my back was covered in sweat and the next day, I was sore all over from being tensed up the whole time. Other people say it didn't hurt at all. I am not usually so whimpy, but all that being said, I love mine and would go through it again. It has been approx 4-5 yrs and mine is not fading.
