I don't know if it would have messed it up or not. I'm not that familiar with it, I'm sorry. I didn't know that 2 dogs could get together if the female wasn't ready. I've always been told that they are not ready until the 2nd week. That is exactly when Mollie was receptive. She just had puppies almost 6 weeks ago.
