Ha, ha, that IS the question. Well, GINGER has mastered this thing.

BERNIE knows the water is in there, but he's still begging for his bowl...but he never lets Ginger do anything he can't do, so it's just a matter of time.

FUN KITTY figured it out in about 2 seconds. KIRBY is the only one I'm worried about. He's 15, deaf and has limited sight. But I'm working with him.
