Well the fact that you have not invested any money into them explains a little about why you do not care about them...Most people who get free dogs do not feel like they are losing anything if the dog dies and that is a shame....I find it hard to believe that you have 15 dogs reserved, let alone for that amount of money...My heart is just breaking for those poor babies who are obviously emotionally miserable if they are in a condition where someone wants to shoot them and now they will be in another kind of hell...
