well i would DEFINITLY say the food isn't helping. If you switch to a higher quality you will need to feed him less (there aren't as many fillers) and they usually come in a health weight formula. You might want to look into Wellness (now being carried at PetCo) or Solid Gold or Orijen. I'm sure you will notice a huge difference in his all round health if you change food.
