My mom is an esthetician(skin care) & does custom air brush tanning, as well! She is also a certified permanent make-up artist!
she has a TON of clients who get it done.. (for so many different reasons) anyways.. i think it all depends on where you get it done, who is doing it, etc. if you get a referral from someone about the person doing it to you, and you feel comfortable with her(you know the location where she is at is good, she is certified, etc.) i think you are MORE than fine!!
Just like anything, it depends by whom you get it done!!!
You can get it done.. and once it's time to get it touched up.. if you've really liked it-you can always have them go a shade darker.. so it will last longer!
