I have always carried Toto in her bag and she has never had an accident in there. I have had her in there for a very long time when I take her to a courthouse where I am working. I just keep an eye on her and if she gets restless or wiggley I take her to the car & her wee wee pad and give her a little break, water and snack! She is very content and just patiently watches me work, visits with people or ducks down inside and takes a little nap!!
