I think for every vet in the world, there are that many ways of doing things.

Ellie's vet uses injections of Ivermectin usually.
I think she said she has used Revolution and it doesn't do as good as of job as what she would like, so Ivermectin ends up following anyway.
Of course I would definately want to try Revolution first because the Ivermectin is an off-label dose for mites.
