I'm so sorry that your little baby has her paws all torn up. It happened to Mitzi when we let her run in a tennis court... I don't know where to get water shoes but you can buy garden gloves, the ones with the rubber dots, cut the fingers off and fix them to the paws with double sided velcro. They are great!
