You need to read every ingredient in the dog food that she is currently eating and make sure all of the ingredients are low oxalate. She should not be getting med or high oxalate foods because they will cause more stones.

Even if she drinks a TON of water, it's still not enough. It's best to feed a canned food for stone formers OR you can add equal parts water to each meal. So, if you give 1/4 cup of dry food, add at least 1/4 cup of water to that.

By getting enough moisture in her, you will dilute the urine which will help prevent the formation of any stones. That's the key...Prevention. You can do a google search for a list of low, med, high oxalate foods.
