I second that! I feel like it's a rescue, not stealing. That poor baby doesn't stand a chance with those people, and they definitely do not deserve him. If they don't love the dog anymore than that...to just tie him up...they wouldn't miss him anyway. I would go get that baby just as fast as I could get there and think nothing of it.
