Is there a way to bring this to the attention of search engines like Google, explain that the site is telling people it is okay to commit a crime and asking for the site to be pulled?

Not to mention CHILD TRADING on their other site.... Yes, the dogfighting site is BAD....... but am I the only one upset about the "child trading" site?
