Cassiopia reacts the same exact way. She's overly friendly and wants to greet everyone. I took her out for a walk a few days after she was spayed, and she got really excited and started to run and jump towards people that was passing by...so eventually I had to pick her up each time when I saw someone coming (since I was concerned that she may rip open her stitches). In any case, she's currently going potty on her wee-wee pad. Once she's fully recovered, I'll take her out for a walk again. As to curb her from getting TOO excited when she sees a person...I'm also looking for some guidance (not only does she jump on people, she also likes to nibble on their fingers).

If you plan to take Sasha to your porch again, I would suggest that you always have a harness leash on her so that if she gets too close to the edge you can always pull her back.
