I think it's fair too. I have seen some Silky's that look just like Yorkies except the color. If you want one that looks like a Yorkie, check the snout. See if mom or dad have short snouts. Which ever is the Silky. No guarantee, you know but the further back the short snouted Silkys the breeder knows about the less likely you'll get a long, snouted Yorkie look.
