I went all of the Petsmart's around here and none of them have anything remotely birthday-ish
One of the managers there said that they cleared out their birthday stuff about 8 weeks ago and are re-launching or re-introducing it soon but he doesn't know when. I couldn't believe how hard it was to find doggie birthday stuff around here
