I am so sorry for your loss. tragically, accidents happen, which keeps me so scared much of the time with my baby. I know that even in the house it can happen, and we can't punish ourselves when it happens. I'm sorry this happened, and know that you did not do anything wrong.....I know that you need compassion right now not a lecture............
My heart and prayers go to you and I know that your new baby will never replace the little soul that was lost. But the good news is we can have more than one dog in a lifetime, and that you can create something new with this new soul that has been given to you to cherish.
Pray for the thoughts and memories of the accident to leave, and be replaced with the good memories of the time you had with your baby. Although it was too short, it was ever so sweet................Love, Darcey
