The shampoo should help. Are you also using a soothing creme rinse? I would definitely recommend the same brand as your HyLyt Shampoo - they have Relief Creme Rinse or find another brand with the oatmeal -- you can use that several times a week to calm the skin -- it will not dry them out

Yes i bought the shampoo and cream rinse but when she is on her itching binges and I use it NO relief...I hate it for her.
