I would just rub what she wants rubbed....she knows what feels good to her. Sounds like she is being very clingy...that is normal. Just try to comfort her in any way. She has no idea why she hurts so bad right now.
When my girl had her babies. I would help her by putting pressure around her vulva with my finger tips. Not too hard but enough to help give some levrage(sp?) It helped. She had been crying before I did it and then she stopped when I would help her through the contractions.
I do agree that it is very close....the poops always came when delivery ws eminant!!!!!!!!!!
