 potty time issues
My 16 month old, Taz, takes forever to pee. He spent the first year of his life doing whatever he wants. Now when I take him outside, he will not pee in one spot. I'll stand in one place with him for 15 minutes and he won't go or he will go just a little. Then he'll do the same thing at 3 other spots. I don't want to take him in if he has to go, but I don't want to stand outside all day. I've been thinking about introducing potty pads. How do I do that with an adult dog?
